$24.99 USD

| /

Standing 12" high, this 2005 plush figure of the Spanish Inquisitor from Monty Python's Flying Circus comes dressed in a red suit with a long red coat and floppy red hat. He has a goatee beard, moustache and long black hair and is positioned with his hands folded, Unfortunately, the rack, comfy chair and soft cushions are sold separately.

Armed with their chief weapons of surprise, fear, ruthless efficiency and an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope, you never know when to expect the Spanish Inquisition because....no one expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Premiering in 1969 in the UK, Monty Python's Flying Circus was first brought to the U.S. by the PBS affiliate in Dallas, TX, KERA TV, courtesy of then President/CEO Bob Wilson (father of Owen, Luke and Andrew Wilson) and Ron Devillier, KERA Program Director in October 1974. Like the Spanish Inquisition, NOBODY expected Monty Python to have its first American broadcast in North Texas in the eary 70s.

To commemorate 50 years of MPFC in America, no self-respecting fan of Monty Python should be without this must-have this 2005 plush figure of the Spanish Inquisitor from one of the most recognizable sketches from the brilliant mind-palaces of Monty Python.
